Where
do you hold your classes?
Courses are available at our facilities, your place of business, department,
home, or a meeting place that is convenient to all. We will be happy
to make the necessary arrangements for you.
What
qualifications do your Instructors have?
All of our instructors are emergency service personnel (police officers,
firefighters, first responders, EMT's, paramedics, nurses, physicians,
dive and other safety professionals).
What
areas does Alert Training Systems cover?
We are a multi-regional training center with offices in West Palm
Beach and Orlando, Florida. We travel throughout the State, and we
will send instructors and equipment anywhere in the U.S. or internationally.
What
are your hours of operation for training?
We provide training to our clients 24/7 in an effort to facilitate
access to all shifts. We do not do training on major holidays (Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, Labor Day).
Do
you offer classes in languages other than English?
Many of our classes can be taught in Spanish or American Sign Language
for the deaf or hearing impaired.
Does
Alert Training Systems carry insurance?
Yes. We are fully insured.
What
are your terms for payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well
as personal checks and money orders. All classes must be paid for
in advance to reserve your spot.
Will
you accept a Purchase Order?
Yes, if you are an established business (corporate), government, or
military organization, and we grant you Net 30 terms. We will need
a copy of your Purchase Order in advance.
We
are interested in purchasing an Automated External Defibrillator.
Can you recommend one brand over another?
Our staff is well versed on all AEDs on the market today. We can easily
assist you after determining your particular needs.
Do
you carry any other life saving products?
Yes, we carry a
full line of the finest first aid kits available anywhere.
